Beat The Summer Lines Yodel Pass
Ask anyone who runs a park or beach what summer actually feels like, and a lot of them will describe the same thing: a line of cars at the entrance by 10am, one or two people working a cash booth as fast as they can, and a backup that doesn't really clear until the afternoon.
The crowd isn't the problem. People showing up is the goal. The problem is that paper tickets and cash booths can only move so many cars per hour, and on a holiday weekend that ceiling is way too low.
Yodel Pass takes the transaction off the booth and puts it on the visitor's phone. They scan a QR code at the entrance, pay in a few seconds, and keep moving. You don't need a kiosk or an extra seasonal hire just to keep the line down. And because every pass carries a QR code that changes by the second, there's no copying or sharing one pass across five cars, so the money you're owed actually shows up.
We also added something a lot of organizers have been asking for. Yodel Events is our ticketing platform for events of any kind, not just park admissions: concerts, festivals, fireworks shows, fairs, paid programs, you name it. In fact, we're powering ticketing for a number of Fourth of July events this year. It runs in the same system you already use for passes and parking, so it's one login and one report instead of another vendor to manage.
Setup is lighter than most people expect. There are no upfront licensing fees, and most agencies are up and running in four to six weeks, which is still in time to matter this season.
If the gate is the part of the day you dread, it's worth a look before the next big weekend. Happy to walk you through it.
